Q: When will registration open?
A: Registration for the Paparazzi Passport Vacation will open on August 24, 2022 and go through October 31, 2022, pending availability.
Q: Can I attend both weeks?
A: You may only attend and register for one week. If you register for an additional week, one registration will automatically be cancelled by our Events Team.
Q: Who can go on the Paparazzi Passport Vacation?
A: Any and all Consultants and their family members are invited to join us in the Dominican Republic! Whether you pay for your stay, qualify for a free stay, or use your points to cover a portion of your stay, we want you with us! If you qualify for a full or partial reimbursement, it will be sent via direct deposit within 10 business days after the event has ended. Please note you will only qualify for reimbursement if you check-in to the event onsite.
Q: When should I plan on arriving to the event for Week One?
A: Check-in will be on January 8, 2023. We will have a welcome reception that evening at 7:30 PM.
The final day of the event, January 13, 2023 is reserved strictly for traveling. Check-out is 12:00 PM.
Q: When should I plan on arriving to the event for Week Two?
A: Check-in will be on January 13, 2023. We will have a welcome reception that evening at 7:30 PM.

Q: I qualified to have part of my stay paid for by Paparazzi. Now what?
A: If you qualify for a full or partial reimbursement, it will be sent via direct deposit within 10 business days after the event has ended. Please note you will only qualify for reimbursement if you check-in to the event onsite.
Q: Can I redeem the points I've earned for cash?
A: Points accrued do not hold any cash value.
Q: What is the cost of my stay at the Hilton La Romana?
A: Pricing varies depending on room occupancy and age. For example a double occupancy for a standard room (the only room type available) is $2,210 total for two people.
Q: Will there be a payment plan?
A: A payment plan option will be available.
Q: Can I attend alone?
A: Absolutely! You can choose from three options if you would like to attend alone.
Option One: No Roommate.
You can choose to pay the full double occupancy rate of a standard room.
Option Two: Selected Roommate.
You can choose a roommate. Both attendees must opt to be roommates, and both roommates must be eligible to attend the trip.
Option Three: Assigned Roommate.
If you do not select a roommate, or your selected roommate is otherwise unavailable, Paparazzi will assign you a roommate. You may not know the assigned roommate, and it may be a stranger.
f you are rooming with a roommate or roommates of your choice, only ONE person needs to fill out the registration form. If each roommate will be covering their own cost of the stay, they will then receive an email with a link to finalize their payment arrangement.
Q: Can I wait to register until I earn a free stay?
A: Registration will be available until October 31, 2022, pending availability. Even if you qualify for a free stay, if the rooms have been filled by the time you decide to register, we will be unable to accommodate your request to join us. If you’re planning on coming, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Q: What airport should I fly into?
A: You can fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) or Punta Cana (PUJ).
Q: How do I get to the resort from the airport?
A: It is up to each attendee to arrange transportation to and from the airport to the resort. Every attendee will be responsible to cover the cost of their transportation. The resort recommends Connect DMC Travel Services. You can email them at sales2-puj@ctsdmc.com. Their website is ctsdmc.com.
Q: Is airfare included?
A: Airfare is not included in the cost of your reservation and should be arranged separately.
Q: Do I need a passport?
A: Every attendee will require the proper travel documentation. A valid passport that does not expire within six months of our return date is required. Please stay up-to-date with travel regulations on travel.gov. Paparazzi is not responsible for attendees travel documentations or entry requirements.
Q: When does registration close?
A: Final registration will close October 31, 2022 pending availability.
Q: What does my registration include?
A: Your registration fee includes your stay and taxes. It also includes resort amenities such as:

Q: Can I bring my children? Is there a child rate?
A: Yes. Tickets for children between 3 and 12 years of age can be purchased for $380 each. The child rate will only be available once the full double occupancy rate for adults has been paid. Children under 3 are free, but must be included on your reservation.
Q: What type of room will I be staying in and when will I find out which side of the resort I am on?
A: All attendees will receive a run of house room. You will be given your room number and location onsite.
Q: Are upgraded rooms available?
A: You will not have the ability to upgrade your room. If you have a large family and would like for each member to attend, you will need to book multiple rooms. Please note that there must be at least one adult 18 years of age or older per room.
Q: Can I check-in early or check-out late?
A: Paparazzi will not be coordinating extended stays outside of our scheduled dates of January 8-13, 2023 or January 13-15, 2023. If you would like to extend your stay beyond our dates, you are welcome to contact the resort directly. Rooms booked directly with the property are subject to the rates offered by the Hilton La Romana Resort.
Q: Do I need a credit card to check-in?
A: Yes! You will need to put a credit card on file when you check-in to the resort for incidentals. Debit cards or cash cannot be used for incidentals.
Q: How many people can stay in one room?
A: All registrations for the 2023 Paparazzi Passport Vacation will be handled as double occupancy. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of four individuals. A maximum of three adults and one child, or two adults and two children, are allowed per room. If you are rooming with a roommate or roommates of your choice, only ONE person needs to fill out the registration form. If each roommate will be covering their own cost of the stay, they will then receive an email with a link to finalize their payment arrangement.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: The Dominican Republic is a tropical country. We recommend casual attire during the day, and business casual or semi-formal for the evenings. Check out the resort website here for updated dress code requirements.

Q: Will there be a service project?
A: More information will be sent to attendees as we near the event.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Once a room is reserved, 40% of the initial payment is non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be eligible for a refund of 75% up through August 31, 2022, 50% from September 1, 2022 - September 30, 2022, and 25% from October 1, 2022 - October 31, 2022. No cancellation requests will be accepted after October 31, 2022 and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of the registrant's attendance status.
Q: Can I transfer my reservation to another Consultant?
A: Once a reservation is paid in full, you can transfer your reservation to another Consultant by emailing events@paparazziaccessories.com. This will allow our team to make sure all of the reservation information is transferred to the new attendee. Consultants will be responsible for all payment arrangements. Paparazzi is not responsible and will not manage the transfer of payment between Consultants.
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: We encourage you to review cancellation fees and policies surrounding your own personal travel, including airfare. If you feel you’ll need flexibility to fit your personal circumstances, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance when planning your trip. Paparazzi is not responsible for fees or penalties associated with changes to travel plans.
Q: Will there be a Facebook group for attendees?
A: Yes! As we get closer to the event, we will email an invite to join our exclusive 2023 Paparazzi Passport Vacation Facebook group. This will allow attendees to connect with other attendees and receive information from the Paparazzi corporate staff.

Q: What safety precautions will be taken?
A: Paparazzi staff and each of our Paparazzi Passport Vacation attendees will be expected to adhere to all health and safety
regulations outlined by the Dominican Republic and the Hilton La Romana Resort. We understand these guidelines can change and will comply with the regulations in place at the time of the event. As an attendee, you will be expected to adhere to these regulations as well.
Q: Will masks be required?
A: Paparazzi staff and each of our Paparazzi Passport Vacation attendees will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the Dominican Republic and the Hilton La Romana Resort. We understand these guidelines can change and will comply with the regulations in place at the time of the event. As an attendee, you will be expected to adhere to these regulations as well.
